Our research engine
Compass
Compass is the research engine behind every email we send. It exists so that an email says only what a saved source proves.
The problem
Most businesses you'd want already have an IT provider, so a list of names won't move them. What moves someone is a reason: they're hiring, growing, opening an office, or facing a compliance or licensing deadline. Finding that reason by hand for every business in a market takes longer than anyone has, so most outbound skips it and sends the same email to everyone. That is what makes it read as spam.
How it runs
Compass works through your market one business at a time. It reads what each business has published, looks for a signal that they need IT or cyber help now, and keeps the evidence: the source, the quote and the date. Businesses with a reason go on the list with their evidence attached. Nothing is guessed; a missing fact stays missing rather than being filled in.
The guardrail
An email says only what a saved source proves. Every claim about a business in your emails links back to the evidence Compass kept, and you approve every template, with examples written for real businesses on your list, before anything is sent. If the evidence isn't there, the line isn't written.
Status
In development. Compass will run on Switchflow's own outbound first, before any client campaign depends on it. What we learn goes into it.
