Question 1

How is this different from other lead generation agencies?

Accepted Answer

We count held meetings with decision makers at businesses you approved, not leads, opens or "conversations". The definition is in the contract, and you can reject any meeting that doesn't meet it within 3 business days.

Question 2

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

A one-off setup fee, then a monthly fee with a 3 month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice. Domains, inboxes, data and tools are included. We'll go through the exact figures on the call.

Question 3

Why not pay per meeting?

Accepted Answer

Paying per meeting pushes agencies towards volume over fit. A monthly fee keeps us focused on meetings you'd actually want, and the guarantee still protects you if we fall short.

Question 4

Will this damage my domain or reputation?

Accepted Answer

Emails go from separate domains in your business name, never your main domain. We remove anyone who unsubscribes the same day.

Question 5

Is cold email legal in Australia?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when it follows the Spam Act. Every email identifies your business and has a working unsubscribe, and we keep a source record for every address.

Question 6

Will you email the same businesses for another client?

Accepted Answer

No. A business that takes a meeting or replies with interest stays yours for 12 months. Businesses that don't reply aren't emailed for another client for 90 days after the last email, and never while your sequence is running.

Question 7

How soon do meetings start?

Accepted Answer

The first emails go out within 21 days of signing, once the new inboxes are warmed up. The 90 day guarantee starts at that first send.

Question 8

Do you close the deals too?

Accepted Answer

No. We book the meeting and you run it. Proposals, closing, your CRM, your website and ads stay with you.
