Who we are
switchflow is based in Australia. ABN 70 833 262 837. Operated by Julian Howard (jules@switchflow.agency). We book qualified sales meetings for IT, technology and cybersecurity companies.
What we collect
We collect personal information you provide when you book a call or request a market count: name, email address, phone number, website and business details. We also collect usage data about visits to this site through the analytics tools listed below.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, send market counts you request, deliver our services and follow up with you about them. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Third party processors
We use the following services to deliver our work:
- Cal.com: appointment booking
- Vercel: website hosting and aggregate analytics
- Google Workspace: email, including market count requests
- Microsoft Clarity: anonymised recordings and heatmaps of how visitors use this site
- LinkedIn Insight Tag: measures visits from LinkedIn members so we can show them relevant LinkedIn ads later. You can opt out in your LinkedIn ad settings
